The consultants at SchoolBuilderPlus have years of experience coaching institutions both large and small in their daily operations to yield administrative efficiency and BPPE compliance.

The main challenge we see institutions struggle with is finding the time needed for compliance activities amid the daily operation of the institution.

In response to this need, SchoolBuilderPlus is offering a Compliance Service to institutions seeking to outsource their compliance activities. A consultant will be onsite at your institution on a quarterly basis to maintain your documentation, prepare your required filings timely, and examine your procedures to ensure continued compliance.

California Education Code (CEC) section 94934 requires institutions to submit an annual report to the Bureau as part of mandatory ongoing compliance.

Institutions failing to submit the Annual Report may be subject to a fine up to $5,000.

The Annual Report is due by December 1st each year, and must include specific information related to the educational programs offered by the institution in the reporting period.

The following components are required for a complete Annual Report.
